Grab a chair and enjoy a unique Yoga experience. Use chairs and standing modifications of Yoga, focusing on safety, and combine balance and flexibility poses with stretching, breathing exercises, seated meditation and relaxation. This class is appropriate for those with joint pain, joint replacements or back pain, or those who are finishing rehabilitation. Please bring a Yoga Mat and water bottle. Class will not meet on 2/18 and will end on 3/25.
